- Question: How long will it take to produce my order?
- Answer: Production times vary based on the product, and are indicated on every product listing, under product availability, just to the right of the product photo. Please take production time, as well as order processing, art proofing & shipping time into consideration when placing orders with a specific due date.
- Question: Where does my order ship from?
- Answer: We ship our products from warehouses all over the country. Each product has a drop down information tab just under the product description titled "OTHER DETAILS". This section will give you specific information about the product, such as where the product is shipping from, minimum quantities and more.
- Question: Do you offer discounts if I buy more than the minimum quantity?
- Answer: ABSOLUTELY! Products offering bulk discounts will either have a link to the right of the product photo titled "BUY IN BULK AND SAVE" or radio buttons displaying the discount available at each quantity level. The link will bring up a pop up window that showcases that product's volume discounts. When qualifying quantities are added to your cart, you automatically receive the discounted price per piece! The more you buy, the more you save!
- Question: Will my logo work for imprinting on my products?
- Answer: Send it on over! We'll be happy to take a look for you and we'll let you know ahead of time, if your logo will work for the product you're buying. If you're not sure what type of file you need, just send us everything you have and we'll be happy to check for you. You can send art files to [email protected] Please keep in mind that you are imprinting your logo onto a promotional product. This is not the same as printing on a piece of paper. Some logo distortion is to be expected. Your art proof will indicate if you should expect a significant distortion of the imprint prior to your order being printed. All approved proofs are final and no returns can be accepted on imprinted merchandise with customer proof approval.
- Question: How big can I print my logo?
- Answer: The imprint area varies per item and is determined by the manufacturer based on the size & type of product to be imprinted, the imprint type and their imprint limitations. Maximum imprint size is always indicated in the product description beneath the product image. Your image will be adjusted for maximum imprint size & quality and shown to you as a PDF proof, prior to printing your order. Many items will require a minimum type size or specific font requirement for the text in your imprint to provide the best quality and readibility. Trust that the manufacturer knows the best sizes & fonts for the product they are printing, as they have the most up to date information on imprinting each item.
- Question: Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?
- Answer: You can call us at 800-566-8827, you can contact us through our Live Chat feature on the lower right hand side of your computer monitor, you can send us an email at [email protected] or you can even send us a fax at 860-880-8155. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm EST, but our Customer Purrfection Team is ready and able to help you out almost any time! We're always checking in on our chat and emails, so even during our down time, we're here for you!
- Question: Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
- Answer: On occasion we will run a deal offering shipping discounts or sometimes even free shipping to our customers. Typically there will be a required minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping deals are valid for GROUND SHIPPING ONLY and will only be available for shipments within the Continental United States. This discount will not apply to expedited shipping options, orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or on International shipments. Coupon codes for special pricing deals will be advertised on the top of our web pages and are subject to change without notice. Free shipping deals can not be applied to custom quoted orders.
- Question: Can I get a sample of a product, before I buy a full order?
- Answer: You sure can! If you're undecided on a product and would like to see a sample of it prior to placing an order for the full quantity, you may order a sample here: Free Promotional Product Samples Our product samples are free (in most cases), however we ask the customer to pay a small shipping cost. If you would like to see a spec sample with your logo, contact the Customer Purrfection Team and one of our customer service reps will be happy to help get your request processed. Spec samples are subject to a variable fee, depending on the product and the imprint requested. Standard production times apply.
- Question: Do you offer discounts to Non-Profit Organizations & Charity Groups?
- Answer: At Paws 2 Purrfection Promotions, we are always willing to help out a worthy cause. If you are placing an order for a non-profit group or charity organization, please give us a call to see if we can help reduce the cost of your order.
- Question: Do you offer discounts to Resellers?
- Answer: Yes. We are distributors, so it won't be the same as wholesale pricing, but we're happy to extend a reseller discount to you, so you can make your customers just as happy as all of ours! To learn more about our reseller program discounts, contact the Customer Purrfection Team and one of our customer service reps will be happy to fill you in on all the details and help you get set up.
- Question: Why is there a minimum quantity to purchase on the promotional products?
- Answer: Promotional gifts are sold in bulk. The minimum quantities are determined by the manufacturers and are stated on each product listing, just to the right of the product image. The larger the quantity of products you purchase, the more you save per piece!
- Question: Can I purchase less than the minimum quantity?
- Answer: Many products offer the option to purchase less than the minimum quantity, but there is typically a large increase in the cost per piece in order to offer this option. Many times, it is much less expensive to purchase the minimum quantity. You get more bang for your buck by doubling your brand awareness with more promotional gifts to give! You can always check to see if the product you are buying offers below minimum quantities in the product description area, just below the additional information box. If the product doesn't state minimum quantities available, you can contact the Customer Purrfection Team at 800-566-8827 to see if that option is available. (Less than minimum quantities can not be purchased through the website, without assistance from our Customer Purrfection Team. If you wish to purchase below minimums on products with this option available, contact us for help placing your order.)
- Question: Do you offer terms?
- Answer: We are a small, family owned and operated company, so at this time, terms are not available to our customers. However, please contact the Customer Purrfection Team and we will see what we can do to accommodate requests on a case-by-case basis. Terms may be extended under certain circumstances and we are always willing to do what we can try to accommodate customer requests, whenever possible.
- Question: I don't see the product I'm looking for. Do you offer other things, not shown on the website?
- Answer: YOU BET! We offer absolutely everything promotional! Not just pet items either! If you don't see it on our website, just let us know what you need and we will hunt it down for you!
