ARTWORK REQUIREMENTSFor most of our imprinted products, we require vector format for best print quality.Vector format is a file ending with .eps or .ai.All fonts must be outlined or supplied with the image.Graphic image files such as photographs MUST be high resolution. We require a minimum of 150-300 dpi at actual print size. Files provided at less than print quality will reproduce blurry/grainy and are NOT recommended. If you are in doubt as to what type of file you have or are concerned about your image print quality, we are happy to help! Send your files over to us and we'll take a look for you and let you know if we are able to work with them. If you know you don't have a vector image, we can help you out there too! We have a vector art conversion service starting at only $35 for most files. Your low resolution image can be converted to a print quality vector graphic in as little as 1-2 business days!
